Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or specialized CRM certification (Salesforce Administrator) required.
• Experience: 1–2 years configuring and administering CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Preferred: TargetX EndUser Certification, Form Assembly certification, or Trailhead badges.

Responsibilities

• User Support & System Health: monitor CRM health, manage user permissions, train staff, resolve errors.
• Routine Configuration & Automation: build/maintain Salesforce Flows, monitor legacy processes, handle ad-hoc requests.
• Data Hygiene & Imports: manage data imports, maintain reports for dashboards and analytics.
• Form & Communication Maintenance: configure forms, RFIs, surveys, events; apply basic CSS/HTML to UIs.
• Marketing Support: assist Marketing/Admissions with campaigns and email functionality.
