Job summary

East Central College is seeking a full-time Data Management Specialist for the Center for Workforce Development to serve as the primary Salesforce CRM administrator and to support departmental operations.

The role focuses on data integrity, reporting, and efficient data processes across programs, with responsibilities in grants, compliance, and performance tracking for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree; minimum 2–3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce CRM administrator: user admin, configuration, data integrity, security, workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports, dashboards, automations, forms, and data collection processes.
• Manage the collection, organization, validation, and maintenance of program and customer data for accuracy and compliance.
• Track program performance measures and KPIs; prepare reports to support planning and improvement.
• Provide administrative support for federal and state grants and workforce programs; maintain records and assist reporting.
