Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Operations, the CRM Administrator Level I is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions, user support, and routine maintenance of the university’s Salesforce and TargetX CRM. This role acts as the primary line of defense for student and staff error resolution, daily troubleshooting, and data cleanliness. Ideal for a professional newer to the CRM administration field (or possessing 2 years of general database experience), this position focuses on maintaining system health, executing communication plans, and learning advanced administration under the guidance of senior leadership while working cross-functionally across campus offices.

Salary Range: $46,000 - $50,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • User Support & System Health: Monitor the daily health of the CRM, manage user permissions, and provide hands‑on training and troubleshooting to resolve user errors for admissions and student support staff through high customer service.
  • Routine Configuration & Automation: Assist in building and maintaining standard Salesforce Flows, monitoring legacy Process Builders/Workflows, and fulfilling ad‑hoc system requests from supported offices.
  • Data Hygiene & Imports: Manage routine data integrity by executing data imports from internal and external sources. Maintain standard report logic to support dashboards, recruitment campaigns, and basic enrollment analytics.
  • Form & Communication Maintenance: Support the configuration of application forms, RFIs, surveys, and events using Form Assembly and TargetX. Apply basic CSS and HTML to support user interfaces and URL manipulation.
  • Marketing Support: Work directly with the Marketing and Communications office and Admission teams to build out standard communication campaigns and monitor day‑to‑day email functionality.
Other Duties & Responsibilities

System Documentation: Update and maintain end‑user training guides and internal system documentation to reflect process updates.

Cycle Prep Support: Assist with the annual refresh of application forms and field management systems ahead of new recruitment cycles.

Compliance & Safety: Observe university safety guidelines, follow established safety procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
