Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments or critical facilities.
• Experience in data centers, laboratories, secure facilities, or mission-critical operations.
• Strong leadership within matrixed organizations with vendor oversight.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders and security personnel.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic short and long-term facility projects while ensuring uninterrupted day-to-day operations and critical infrastructure performance.
• Develop and implement innovative operational programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Manage budgets through client collaboration, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; prepare tenant financial reports including billing reconciliation.
• Direct and supervise vendor performance and contractor activities during standard and after-hours periods.
• Develop and execute annual management plans aligning operations with client objectives and security protocols.
