Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Critical Environments Manager in Los Angeles, CA. You will coordinate operations to meet contractual obligations, supervise planning, and maintain program health. The role includes QA development, audits, and client relations to sustain high service levels.

Key duties cover on-site and remote assessments, CAPA, training, and reporting. Travel is required occasionally; you will align with site leadership and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree with 2+ years of experience or equivalent combo.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures and docs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site assessments determining effectiveness of program against SOW and quality.
• Make recommendations to improve program SOW and service quality.
• Investigate customer complaints and support RCA activities.
• Identify at risk programs and guide CAPA actions and follow-up.
• Monitor internal processes for quality standards via on-site/remote assessments.
• Support new account transitions as assigned.
• Assist client inspections and regulatory reviews.
• Conduct personnel compliance audits and verify work schedules.
• Provide classroom and on-the-job trainings to address concerns.
• Prepare routine reports and keep management informed of significant issues.
