ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Christiana Hospital. The role offers a Full-Time Flex schedule (36 hrs/week) with night shifts and day shift rotations, located at Christiana Hospital.

You will provide expert care to critically ill patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions. Required BSN (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years), 1 year acute care experience, BLS; ACLS preferred

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life‑saving interventions.
