Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Medical Intensive Care Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the MICU team. This full-time role involves night shift rotations at Christiana Hospital, providing expert care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment and collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

BSN is required or ADN with a commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years; minimum 1 year acute care experience is expected. BLS is required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN accepted with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
