ChristianaCare's MICU is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Christiana Hospital. This Full-Time Flex role (36 hrs/week) includes night shifts with day rotations, offering strong critical care exposure and teamwork in a high-acuity setting.

BSN is required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years); minimum 1 year of acute care experience; BLS required; ACLS preferred (within 6 months of hire).
