ChristianaCare’s Medical Intensive Care Unit is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver expert care for critically ill patients at Christiana Hospital. This full-time flex role includes night shifts with day rotations, totaling 36 hours per week.

The role requires a BSN, with ADN considered if the BSN is pursued within 3 years; a minimum of 1 year acute care experience is expected, and BLS is required with ACLS preferred (obtained within 6 months of hire).

Qualifications

• BSN required for the RN role.
• ADN considered with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
