Job summary

ChristianaCare’s MICU at Christiana Hospital in Delaware seeks a Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity Medical Intensive Care Unit. You will provide expert, compassionate care for critically ill patients, work with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families during challenging moments.

BSN required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years); minimum 1 year acute care experience; BLS required; ACLS preferred. Night shifts with rotations and full-time flex schedule.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
