ChristianaCare’s MICU team seeks a Registered Nurse for an evening/night rotation in a fast-paced Medical Intensive Care Unit. The role emphasizes expert critical care, teamwork, and patient advocacy, with opportunities to work with advanced monitoring technologies and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

BSN is required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years); at least 1 year acute care experience is expected.

Formación

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire)

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments
• Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes
