Job summary

ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions and advocate for patients and families.

The role requires a BSN (ADN accepted with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years), at least 1 year of acute care experience, and BLS (ACLS preferred, to be obtained within 6 months).

Qualifications

• BSN required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years)
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments
