Job summary

ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit is hiring a Registered Nurse for the MICU. This full-time night shift with day rotation offers a fast-paced environment where you will care for critically ill patients, partner with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; ADN may be considered if there is a commitment to obtain a BSN within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
