Advocate Health is hiring an RN for the MICU team in North Carolina. The role involves nursing care across the continuum, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to safety and ethical standards. Requires BLS, RN licensure, and experience in critical care.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; other certifications may be needed by department.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and quality outcomes.
• Administer medications and therapies per protocol.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate across disciplines.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain certifications.
• Document accurately in the EHR and comply with ethics and policy.
