Advocate Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 36-hour/week MICU assignment in a 14-bed Unit. The role includes night shifts from 7p to 7a, patient stabilization, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-acuity care.

Responsibilities include following bedside nursing processes, documenting in EHR, and participating in safety and quality initiatives while maintaining patient and family engagement.

Formación

• RN license in the state where practicing.
• BSN preferred or higher education in nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
