Advocate Health is seeking a staff RN for the 4-bed MICU in North Carolina. The unit provides critical care services and requires 1 year of critical care experience preferred, BLS, and an active RN license.

The role includes 3 x 12-hour shifts from 7a to 7p, 36 hours per week, and full-time benefits. Compensation is based on experience with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour, and the hospital notes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Current RN license to practice in the state(s) of care.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsabilités

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, involving patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, mobilize resources, and collaborate with the care team.
