Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a skilled RN to join the Medical ICU in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time role involves 12-hour night shifts on a 32-bed MICU, with every third weekend. Excellent nursing care and patient safety are top priorities in this critical care unit.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• 1-2 years RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
