Advocate Health's Nursing Critical Care MICU in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time night shift (7p-7a), 36 hours per week. The role emphasizes applying nursing processes, patient monitoring, timely documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Preferred BSN and active RN license with state privileges. BLS is required, with opportunities for professional development and continuing education.

Qualificações

  • Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
  • Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where providing care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
  • Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
  • Upholds a culture of safety and supports ethical decision-making.
  • Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
  • May float to other units within the service area as needed.
