ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit at Christiana Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide expert care for critically ill patients. This full-time flex position offers night shifts with day shift rotations and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, use advanced monitoring, advocate for patients and families, and continually sharpen your critical care skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
• Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
