Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Duncan, OK seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across patient populations while following the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.

You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, administer medications, monitor outcomes, and support families while maintaining confidentiality and safety. A current Oklahoma RN license and required certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Nursing from a CCNE/ACEN/CNEA-accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state licensure with residency rules.
• American Heart Association BLS and NIHSS required; may have up to 30 days to obtain.
• ACLS, PALS, CPI training may be required with time to obtain.
• ENPC and TNCC may be required with time to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Restores and promotes patient health through nursing process (assessment, data analysis, goals, interventions, evaluation).
• Collaborates with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary team.
• Identifies patient care needs and provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
• Administers medications and treatments per state law.
• Documents care accurately and maintains patient confidentiality.
• Ensures equipment operation and safety through maintenance and problem solving.
• Adheres to infection-control policies and safety protocols.
• Participates in continuing education and inter-professional collaboration.
