Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a registered nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in Oklahoma. The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families while maintaining patient privacy and safety.

The role requires an Oklahoma RN license (or multi-state), BLS/NIHSS; ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC may be required. Candidates should be proficient with Electronic Health Records and able to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state licensure.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process: assessment, analysis, goal setting, interventions, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educates patients and families and connects them with resources.
