Job summary

Paycom is seeking a registered nurse in Duncan, Oklahoma to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care across patient populations. The RN will follow the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards while collaborating with the inter-disciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in Oklahoma (or eligible multi-state), BLS/NIHSS and other advanced certifications as specified, with a focus on safety, documentation, and continuous learning within a supportive care

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to adapt to urgent situations.
• Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE/ACEN/CNEA-accredited program.
• Current Oklahoma RN license and state multistate licensure if applicable; CPR/BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Restores and promotes patient health using nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with physicians, providers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Delivers education to patients and families and ensures informed consent and understanding.
• Maintains infection control, administers medications as prescribed and follows safety protocols.
• Documents care timely and accurately and maintains confidentiality.
• Supervises delegated tasks and ensures equipment maintenance and safety.
• Participates in team problem-solving and continual learning activities.
