Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Nurse Tech to provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with turning, moving, and transporting patients, collect vital signs, and help with procedures while maintaining infection-control standards.

Required are current enrollment in an RN program and BLS certification; flexibility and strong communication with licensed staff are essential for this safety-sensitive role in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, both oral and written.
• Basic computer and email skills; navigate IT tools and EHR systems.
• Ability to adapt procedures quickly in urgent situations.
• Clear, cooperative communication with licensed staff and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of the RN, including turning, moving, or transporting patients and performing basic procedures.
• Follow infection-control policies and protect patient confidentiality.
• Document care accurately in a timely manner; ensure equipment is maintained and safe to use.
• Assist with safety protocols, PPE use, and safety-sensitive requirements; participate in team problem-solving.
