Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Oklahoma is seeking a registered nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse settings. You will perform the nursing process, assess data, set goals, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes in line with state and professional standards.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, educate patients and families, and ensure documentation accuracy in the Electronic Health Record.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from CCNE/ACEN/CNEA-accredited program.
• Current Oklahoma RN license or multi-state license per PR rules.
• AHA BLS and NIHSS; ACLS and PALS may be required.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educates patients and families with clear, actionable information.
• Adheres to infection control, safety policies, and regulatory standards.
• Documents care accurately in the EHR and maintains confidentiality.
• Maintains a culture of safety and participates in problem-solving with the team.
