Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Duncan, OK to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while maintaining safety and privacy standards.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, and collaborating with physicians. Requires current OK RN license, BLS, potential NRP, and ability to respond quickly to calls; on-site role in Duncan.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Oklahoma or multistate licensure.
• BLS required; NRP may be required; AHCA/ANA standards followed.
• Ability to take call and respond within 30 minutes.
• Good written and verbal communication; proficient with basic computer/EHR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Restores and promotes patient health by performing the nursing process: assessment, analysis, goals, interventions, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary team.
• Identifies patient care needs and provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
• Educates patients and families using appropriate resources.
• Administers medications and treatments per state law and policy.
• Maintains safety and infection-control practices; protects patient information.
• Documents care activities timely and accurately; adheres to DRH policies and behavior standards.
• Keeps up-to-date clinical knowledge through continuing education.
