Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise and direct care for critically ill patients. You will assess needs, plan and implement treatments, and educate staff under your supervision.

The role requires an RN license, 2–3 years acute care experience, and completion of a critical care course within 3 months of hire. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state RN license with renewal
• Minimum 2–3 years acute care experience required
• Critical Care experience preferred
• Completion of a critical care course within 3 months of hire
• Reading, writing and speaking English fluently; strong communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Specialty Certification recognized

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing supervision in planning and provision of care to critically ill patients.
• Assess needs, plan for, implement, and document care for each patient.
• Educate nursing staff and evaluate care provided; document outcomes.
• Direct and evaluate care provided by others under supervision.
