Qualifications

• Associate or Baccalaureate Nursing degree from CCNE/ACEN/CNEA-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Oklahoma.
• BLS: American Heart Association; NIHSS, ACLS, PALS; CPI training preferred or required within timeframe.
• Ability to work in an inter-professional team and handle on-call within 60 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing process including assessment, analysis, goals, interventions, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide education to patients and families; support psychosocial needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per state law.
• Uphold infection control, safety protocols, and confidentiality.
• Document care promptly and accurately.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Engage in continuing education and inter-professional teamwork.
• Ensure safety-sensitive requirements met and on-call readiness.
