Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus (Glick) in Cleveland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. You will work 12-hour shifts on a 14-bed unit with rotating weekends and holidays, delivering high-acuity patient care.

Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, and advanced respiratory support, with collaboration with PCNAs, providers, and therapists. Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, and 1 year PRN experience are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, or a program seeking accreditation.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current AHA BLS for the healthcare provider or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire
