MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, at MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick. Shift is 7a-7p and 7p-7a with rotating weekends and holidays. Bi-weekly hours total 72.

The unit has 14 beds and collaborates closely with PCNAs, interns, providers, PT, and OT. Ideal candidates hold Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and relevant RN experience; a BSN or Magnet certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
