Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, at the Main Campus - Glick. Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, BiPAP/high flow management, bedside procedures, and critical thinking.

Position requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and possible PRN experience; rotating weekends/holidays with 12-hour shifts. MetroHealth offers excellent benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or a program seeking accreditation.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification (or within 90 days of hire).
• Current ACLS certification (or within 6 months of hire).
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
