Mercy is seeking a program coordinator to develop and deliver standardized new hire orientation for clinical staff, both licensed and unlicensed. You will coordinate ongoing education for change efforts and annual competency, including life support and workplace safety certifications.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, organizational skills, and collaboration across the ministry. A clinical background and teaching experience are valued for shaping patient care training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in clinical discipline or enrolled within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Current appropriate state license if required in discipline.
• AHA BLS provider.
• Demonstrates clinical knowledge related to evidence-based practice with credibility to influence patient care delivery.
• Proven ability to organize and multitask to meet project deadlines.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office; audiovisual equipment knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment/technology used in patient care.
