Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Education Coordinator to develop, deliver, and coordinate standardized new hire orientation programs for licensed and unlicensed clinical coworkers across the Ministry.

You will develop and update core programs aligned with evidence-based practice, and provide ongoing education for change efforts and annual competency, including recurring certifications related to life support and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline required or enrolled within 6 months.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Current state license if required in discipline.
• AHA BLS provider.
• Demonstrates clinical knowledge with evidence-based practice.
• Proven ability to organize and multitask to meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; audiovisual equipment knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment/technology used in patient care.
