Job summary

The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Unit on a 36-hour night rotation. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care in a 24-bed CCU with private rooms.

Our program includes Nurse Residency for new grads, tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, and strong wellness and benefits. Candidates should have CT RN licensure and ACLS, with 1–3 years CCU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing license in CT and be eligible for RN practice.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
• Graduate RNs with <1 year experience may be eligible through Nurse Residency program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans for complex patient populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
• Ensure adherence to state nursing practice acts and hospital policies.
