You will provide expert critical care nursing in a private, 24-bed CCU with interdisciplinary collaboration, while advancing your career through residency and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for complex patient populations.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in line with hospital policies.
• Provide care with collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
• Precept and support less experienced nurses as needed.
