The unit features private rooms, 24-7 physician support, and a focus on high reliability and patient-centered care. Leadership development, residency for new grads, and ongoing education are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.
• One year of experience with CCU/critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for complex patient populations.
• Provide nursing care per State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Mentor and precept junior staff as needed.
