The role requires CT RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and a residency pathway for new graduates. The unit emphasizes evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for complex patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team under Nursing Leadership.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care in a CCU setting.
