Job summary

Air Methods Corporation in Lehi, Utah seeks an experienced registered nurse to join our critical care team for in-flight patient transport. You will deliver high-quality care, assess patients, and ensure safe, efficient transport to the appropriate facility while maintaining rigorous documentation and safety standards.

You’ll work closely with medical directors and flight crews, participate in pre-mission briefings, and maintain licensure and trainings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum three years of recent critical care/emergency nursing experience.
• Flight experience is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within scope and maintain patient documentation.
• Maintain competency through ongoing education and licensure.
• Operate and maintain equipment, report failures, keep supplies stocked.
• Participate in pre-mission briefings and safety protocols.
