Job summary

The role emphasizes delivering life-saving care during air transport, with extensive documentation and adherence to CBS standards. You’ll work 24/7 on-call with 5% travel and support ongoing medical education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of recent critical care/emergency nursing experience.
• Pre-hospital experience preferred.
• Flight experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care during transport per Air Methods CBS guidelines.
• Assess, triage, and treat patients en route to destination facilities.
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation and licensure certifications.
• Attend pre-mission briefings and post-mission debriefings and assist pilots as needed.
• Support neonatal/pediatric transports with advanced skills as approved.
