Job summary

Air Methods Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse with 3+ years of critical care experience to provide in-flight medical care and support during patient transport. The role requires adherence to CBS Medical Director guidelines,Documentation, and ongoing education.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork with pilots and medical staff, and readiness for on-call rotations. Experience in pre-hospital care is favored and flight qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum three (3) years of recent critical care/emergency nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care including assessment, triage, and treatment per standards.
• Carry out mission and safety priorities during transport.
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation and equipment readiness.
