Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers in the Permanency Services Program.

The role focuses on promoting child well-being, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring after-hours support as needed. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university; two years’ experience in child welfare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services from an accredited university.
• Preferred two years’ experience in child welfare.
• Predictive Index assessments required for hiring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers in assigned area, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm.
• Coordinate with Permanency Services staff and partner agencies.
• Promote the well-being of children and participate in trainings.
