Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. in El Dorado, AR is seeking a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree in human services and at least two years' experience in Child Welfare to lead our Crisis Support Workers.

The role includes supervising after-hours scheduling, coordinating with other agencies, and promoting child well-being while connecting families to community resources. You will join a dedicated team focused on advocacy and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on call as needed.
• Coordinates with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services and attends staff meetings.
• Advocates for children and connects families with community resources to improve lives.
