Job summary

Solari is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Services to lead a team of crisis specialists within our 24/7/365 contact center. You will provide clinical oversight, training, and policy development in trauma-informed crisis services across Colorado.

The role requires a Master’s degree and a CO behavioral health license (or CO endorsement on an out-of-state license), plus 5+ years in behavioral health with supervisory experience. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Current CO Behavioral Health license or CO endorsement on an out-of-state license.
• 5+ years of related behavioral health industry experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervise crisis specialists.
• Coach staff with timely guidance and feedback.
• Develop and update crisis services and clinical policies.
• Monitor clinical and crisis KPIs and conduct audits.
• Coach team leads for call center operations and training.
• Lead trauma-informed care integration into oversight and policies.
• Coordinate with contact center leadership on program delivery and outcomes.
• Manage rotating on-call responsibilities and real-time staff support.
