Job summary

Pawnee Mental Health Services is seeking a Crisis Services staff member to support procurement, data collection, and operations within the Crisis Services department. You will coordinate supply orders, monitor budgets, and liaise with the Business Office to ensure smooth purchasing and invoicing.

You will also collect program data, prepare reports, assist with audits, and support the clinical team with scheduling, trainings, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or equivalent work experience, or a combination with education and one year substituting for one year of education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track supply orders and inventory to ensure uninterrupted program operations.
• Maintain compliance with procurement and budget standards; monitor expenses and assist with budget reporting.
• Serve as liaison between Crisis Services and the Business Office for purchasing, invoicing, and vendor communication.
• Collect and maintain data related to program services; prepare internal and grant reports; support audit readiness.
