Job summary

Pawnee Mental Health is seeking caring professionals to deliver community-based supports and services for clients with mental health or substance use challenges.

Responsibilities include direct client services in homes, schools, and community settings, collaborating with families and the treatment team, and maintaining documentation in the electronic health record. A valid driver’s license and crisis-on-call availability are needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• CSPs may be required to provide crisis services and work rotating on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review client plans and develop activities to enhance functioning.
• Provide direct services in home, school, work, or community settings and document progress.
• Provide one-to-one support to clients in crisis to maintain stability.
• Collaborate with family and treatment team to reinforce goals and strategies.
• Drive to community settings to deliver services and transport clients as needed.
• Meet with client/guardian where service is needed and maintain timely documentation.
