Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health or 6 months of direct crisis experience; equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from individuals needing support, services, or who may be in crisis.
• Perform safety screenings and assessments to discern risk levels.
• Develop action plans with the individual based on screenings and assessments.
