Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education of a master’s degree in a relevant mental health field.
• Experience in crisis work with minors and their families is required.
• Ability to lead and develop direct care staff and manage on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision, coaching, training, and support to direct care staff.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development efforts.
• Foster a positive, anti-racist, equitable team culture for youth, families, and staff.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure 24/7 program operations.
• Maintain awareness of youth in care and ensure safety planning and crisis response.
• Respond to crises and provide consultation and guidance to staff.
• Review and provide feedback on documentation to ensure compliance and billing accuracy.
• Monitor program performance, contracts, and required data reporting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
