Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Youth Crisis Center Program Supervisor to guide and support staff, manage shifts, and ensure effective service delivery. The role includes on-call coverage and direct care shifts up to 32 hours weekly in clinical, case management, or peer support, depending on qualifications.

You will assist the Program Manager with data analysis, policy adherence, and regular collaboration with leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience supervisory and/or leadership skills.
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record and valid Auto Insurance coverage.
• Pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Create an organizational culture that respects and celebrates the diversity of our consumers.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to employees and address staffing gaps.
• Coordinate coverage and scheduling conflicts across shifts.
• Deliver service-specific training and professional development to staff.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data with leadership.
