Job summary

Bay Area Community Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Program Supervisor for its Community Wellness & Response Team (CWRT) in Sacramento, CA. This on-site role requires an LCSW/LMFT/LPCC and involves supervising a team delivering 24/7 crisis support and resources to community members.

The supervisor will manage referrals, documentation, and CQI efforts, while coordinating with 911/988 partners and other responders. A driver’s license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of therapeutic intervention experience in community mental health/crisis settings.
• At least one year of supervisory experience managing staff.
• Experience in crisis mental health, field-based services, and severe mental illness.
• Knowledge of CalAIM, Medi-Cal billing criteria and documentation.
• Valid California driver's license and accessible personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of case managers and clinicians in a community-based program.
• Meet clients where they are; deliver needs-driven, strengths-based services.
• Manage referrals, intakes, and discharges while ensuring accessibility.
• Lead staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and CQI systems.
• Ensure service documentation and reports meet funder requirements.
• Communicate using strength-based language across all levels.
