Pathways is seeking a Youth Crisis Center Program Supervisor to guide staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure effective service delivery across Clinical, Case Management or Peer Support roles. You will provide on-call coverage and training while supporting the Program Manager with data analysis and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 1+ years’ supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record and valid Auto Insurance coverage.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and develop team members.
• Commitment to an inclusive culture that respects diversity.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to staff and address operational challenges.
• Oversee staffing coverage, scheduling, and on-call support.
• Offer service-specific training and professional development to staff.
• Assist Program Manager with data collection and analysis and ensure policy adherence.
• Fulfil up to 32 hours of direct care onsite shifts weekly in Clinical/Case Management/Peer Support (as qualified).
