Seneca Family of Agencies is seeking a Youth Stabilization Specialist for a permanent night shift in the Sacramento T-STRTP. You will provide daily care, structure, and emotional support to youth ages 11–17 in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive setting.

• Education/Experience requirements align with social services field roles.
• Experience in direct supervision and care of youth or families is expected.
• TB/fingerprinting clearances and age requirement (21+) are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuous supervision, structure and emotional support to youth.
• Implement daily routines and behavioral strategies per treatment plans.
• Use trauma-informed communication and de-escalation techniques to manage distress.
• Intervene in crises following agency policies to ensure safety.
• Coordinate transportation for school and appointments; participate in on-call rotation.
• Complete documentation accurately and participate in supervision meetings.
